Description: There used to be festivities in the Village for May Day, with a May Queen, sometimes a procession through the village and a Village Fete.

1, The May Queen in about 1989 - 1991. That year the May Quueen was Kate Lakie, with Katie Horne and Amy Leach.

2. A second image from the same year. On the right-hand side of the first image is Judith Cook, who lived in Hillside Cottage, Guilsborough Hill and was a member of the village hall committee.
